Thank you for your interest in Makeup by Saskia! After enquiring about a service you will expect a reply within 48 hours. I will confirm with you my availability for the date and ask you to provide any additional information required. Once this is confirmed and agreed upon I will then send you a link to payment of your deposit.

Your booking is confirmed once a $50 deposit has been received. This is non refundable. You will then be emailed a receipt and confirmation of your booking and we will let you know how you need to prepare for your appointment. The balance remaining including additional travel fees are due to be paid on the day. 

Additional fees for travel and parking may apply. I charge based around time and distance traveled. If I am travelling outside 15km I will charge $50 per hour for travel.

I accept exact cash (as I do not carry change) or card payments made via SQUARE.  Contactless cards, Apple Pay and other digital wallets are accepted.

Please note the deposit is non refundable if you cancel your appointment. However if you wish to reschedule and provide at least 24 hrs notice the deposit can be transferred to your new booking.
